History
4Him was made up of Andy Chrisman, Mark Harris, Marty Magehee, and Kirk Sullivan. The four met while touring with the Christian vocal group Truth in the 1980s. Their first single, "Where There Is Faith," spent two weeks at #1 on the Christian radio charts, and earned them the 1991 GMA Dove Award for Best New Artist. The four vocalists have also earned seven Dove awards, a RIAA Gold-certified album (The Basics of Life), and 22 total #1 hits. The group disbanded in 2006 to pursue other projects. Andy Chrisman, Mark Harris, and Marty Magehee have each released solo albums, with mixed success.
